Follow Up Friday - Accountability Works

I liked my Weekly ONE Thing experiment of drinking my healthy greens drink every morning. Knowing I was going to have to be accountable for my results, was a good motivator to help me re-establish this healthy habit. One morning this week, I had to leave home extra early, and I forgot to have my energy drink. As it turned out, it was a crazy day with some stressful, unexpected events. I could have used that extra burst of energy. I had my green drink when I got home and I think it helped me complete the things I needed to get done, after a day that had left me depleted. I am not sure if it was from the nutrients in the drink, or the placebo effect of "thinking" I was doing something healthy and energy-giving, but I did feel like I got an energy boost from this experiment. I am going to keep this one up. And I even got a great tip on a better, tastier brand of greens supplement to try in the future. I think that sharing our goals and experiences with others, helps our success. I'd love to hear from you on your experiences.
